What we collect
When you place an order, we collect:
- Your email address — to deliver your subscription and contact you about your order.
- Order details — the plan, duration, quantity, and amount paid.
- Payment information — the Bitcoin transaction ID and the sending address. We never see or store card numbers, bank accounts, or any banking credentials, because payments happen entirely on the Bitcoin network.
What we don't collect
No account registration is required to buy, so we don't ask for your name, address, or phone number. We don't sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing.
Cookies
We use only technically necessary storage (such as keeping your checkout session working). We don't run advertising trackers or cross-site profiling on this site.
How long we keep data
Order records are kept as long as needed to provide support, handle refunds, and meet legal accounting obligations. Subscription credentials for expired orders may be archived or deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about your email address, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it where legally possible. Contact us at support@playlistiptv.org.
