Refund Policy
When and how Playlist IPTV (TEST) refunds an IPTV subscription.

Not delivered
If you paid and never received your subscription credentials, contact support. If we can't deliver, you get a full refund — no questions asked.
Service not working
If your subscription stops working, contact support first — most issues are setup problems our guides or support team can fix. If we can't fix it within a reasonable time, you're entitled to a replacement subscription or a refund for the unused period.
Change of mind
Because credentials are delivered instantly and can't be "returned", we don't offer refunds for change of mind after delivery — unless required by the consumer law of your country. Please read the plan details and our guides before buying.
How Bitcoin refunds work
- Refunds are sent in Bitcoin to the address your payment came from.
- The refunded amount is the USD value of the unused service, converted to BTC at the rate on the refund day.
- Network (miner) fees are deducted from the refund amount.
How to request
Email support from the address you ordered with, include your order number, and describe the problem. We aim to resolve refund requests within 3 business days.
